Pricing questions
One session = one number purchase + OTP delivery attempt. If the OTP doesn't arrive in 90 seconds, you're automatically refunded. You're only charged for sessions where the OTP is delivered.
Our SLA watchdog fires every 10 seconds. If your session hasn't received an OTP after 90 seconds, it triggers an automatic gRPC call to wallet-service to credit you back the session cost. No tickets required.
No. The price per session is fixed at purchase time and shown before you buy. Growth plan credits roll over for 30 days. Enterprise pricing is fixed by contract.
